Registration

Please fill out your details to register for PIC Member Zone. To do this you will need to have the registration letter we have sent you in the post. If you have not yet received your registration letter, do not worry, this will be sent to you shortly.

To register you need the following:

• Your name, contact details, national insurance number and date of birth
• Your PIC policy number
• The unique code included in your registration letter

You will then need to:

• Create your own login name and password
• Set your own security questions (this is an extra security layer to make sure we can identify you in the event that you cannot access your online account)

Login name

• This must be a minimum of six alphanumeric characters with a maximum of 40

Password

• Must be 8 or more characters long
• Must contain at least one number (and if more than one numbers can't be sequential - e.g. 123456)
• Must contain an upper-case letter or punctuation character
• We strongly recommend that you do not create a password that you have previously used

PIN

Once you have filled in all of the details below we will then send your personal identification number (PIN) by email. You will need to input the PIN to access the site.

Whilst we appreciate there is a lot of information needed to register, we do this to make sure the security of our site is high and to protect you from somebody falsely accessing your pension benefits online.
